A left-brained artist.

Growing up, my strongest subjects in school were math and art...two subjects that are seldom complementary. My tendency to think logically and reason rationally kept me from meshing with the art crowd, and my passion for creating and finding beauty made for some awkward moments in the business crowd.

I guess it didn’t help that I hadn’t realized most right-brained people didn’t plan out their to-do lists in their agendas a week in advance. Or that most left-brained people didn’t process information in movements and pictures. You can only imagine how many blank stares I have received in conversations given my unfortunate misconceptions...

Thankfully, design has given me a space to combine my opposing strengths harmoniously in an effective way that delivers.

As a result, I am passionate about finding the happy medium between logic and creativity through innovative and brand-specific designs.

Chasing inspiration.

As CEO & Founder of the Mozaic Collective, Sienna is an award-winning entrepreneur who has freelanced, worked for one of the largest creative agencies in the country, and was hand-selected to be Creative Director for a NY Times bestselling author’s premium startup.

Throughout her experiences, Sienna witnessed firsthand the problem many fellow entrepreneurs were having: hiring reliable, talented creatives. Often feeling like a "you pick two" situation between reliability, risk, and pricing, she founded Mozaic Collective as a means to provide uncompromised solutions to ambitious achievers who refuse mediocrity in their businesses.

Sienna enjoys sharing her creative expertise as a Faculty Member for Heroic Public Speaking Grad School – the most comprehensive public speaking training program in the world. When she isn't teaching classes in site design, professional branding, and contextual model development, she is working directly on the visual needs for high-achieving solopreneurs, small-biz entrepreneurs, and a dash of 8-figure businesses, too.

Most recently, Sienna's contextual model work is published in Ann Handley's Wall Street Journal bestseller, Everybody Writes: Your New and Improved Go-To Guide to Creating Ridiculously Good Content (2nd Edition), as well as publications by New York Times Bestselling author, Michael Port and Most Influential Content Marketer in the World, Andrew Davis.
