Founder & CEO

Mozaic Collective (January 2022 - Present)

  • A creative services network offering site design, branding and logo development, contextual model creation, and experience/service design for entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, and corporations. 

  • Sienna and her team work closely with entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, and corporations, overseeing creative projects to deliver various visual needs including but not limited to: site design, logo & branding development, contextual model creation, illustrations, graphic design, and service design.
     

Barre Instructor

Cornerstone Health and Fitness (April 2018 - Present)

  • Transferring 20 years of dance experience into the fitness world by teaching students how to challenge themselves with body- and light-weight workouts to maintain safe exercise, and have fun doing it.

 

Brand Manager & Designer

Heroic Public Speaking (May 2018 - December 2021)

  • Sole designer for a multi-million dollar public speaking training company created by an 8-time, New York Times Bestselling Author & Podcast Host.

  • Completely recreated the visual of the brand from the ground up including the brand strategy, logo, brand colors, brand fonts, every webpage and website, every print piece and swag, and interior areas as needed.

  • Design creative and smart webpages and print materials that served as the main aid in selling hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of programming.

  • Received a 9.5/10 average rating from over 100 HPS students who attended my Contextual Modeling Development classes.

  • Designed every single element needed for a 600-person conference, with designs ranging from the 30-page workbook to hand-building the stage set.

  • Wears multiple hats to find new and creative ways to deliver a luxurious brand experience, while also adhering to the extremely tight timelines and high brand standards.

  • Works closely with the CEO & Sr. Director of Marketing to brainstorm and implement research-backed strategies to increase our client base and create exceptional experiences for our students.

  • Works with extreme autonomy, managing most of the design projects and planning the timelines. Known for delivering more client-ready work in a month than most do in a year.

 

Art Director

McCann Torre Lazur (June 2017 - May 2018)

  • Served on the GSK team across all 5 of its brands.

  • Developed creative solutions for print and digital pieces to achieve the client’s vision while carefully upholding the guidelines of GSK’s 136-page rulebook.

  • Juggled multiple projects at once, whether layouts, proof edits, PowerPoint decks, website updates, or mechanicals, and deliver them in a timely and respectful manner.

  • Encouraged positive spirits amongst the team to create a pleasant work environment.

 

Founder & Executive Director

The Color of Love (Sept 2015 - May 2017)

  • Created a non-profit coloring book business that supports special needs children by sharing their stories through original and hand-drawn coloring books.

  • Designed brand, logo, website, marketing materials, social media posts, coloring designs, coloring book layouts, and a promotional video.

  • Sold over 500 copies and raised over $3,000 for the Mercy School of Special Learning and Mowat-Wilson Syndrome Foundation.

  • Fulfilled assigned tasks in a successful and timely manner, and presented finished work to the company • Conceptualized and designed promotional materials. 

 

Art Intern

McCann Torre Lazur (May - Aug 2016)

  • Worked with art directors and designers to create marketing materials, posters, message maps, emails, logos, PowerPoints, photoshoots, labels, and more. 

  • Proofed projects before they were sent to the clients. 

  • Developed and redesigned brand books for several brands. 

 

Patient Engagement Intern

  • Researched patient stories and various disease states. 

  • Rebranded and designed the layout for the company’s satirical monthly newspaper. 

 

Chapter President Intern

National Society of Leadership & Success(Jan. 2015 - Dec. 2015)

  • Started a chapter on campus, and served as president for three semesters.

  • Committed 12-15 hours a week towards planning events, developing marketing strategies, and strategizing to enhance the efficiency of the chapter’s operations.

  • 235 students joined in the first 2 weeks.

2016 Second Place Finalist in Muhlenberg’s Innovation Challenge

  • The Innovation Challenge is a student pitch competition where teams have four minutes to pitch their ideas to a panel of alumni, local business leaders and investors for a chance to win up to $1000 in prize money (think Cash). This competition encourages creative thinkers to develop an innovative idea that satisfies a particular market, social or environmental need.
